Police Track Stolen Republican Campaign Signs to Home of Retired Professor and Pastor Wife (WATCH)

It’s election time, and that means campaign signs grouped on the sides of the road. Most drivers pass them by without a care. But that’s not the case in Georgia. Apparently, a pastor or her teacher husband (you can decide once you see the video) took a Republican’s campaign signs and tossed them in the trash at their home. But the signs were rigged with trackers. Oops!

Meet Spencer Garrard, a retired professor at Columbus State University, and his wife, a woke reverend.

Police were called after stolen campaign signs for Georgia House candidate Stephen Acorn were traced back to their home via an AirTag.

Watch the full police bodycam footage of them questioning him and recovering the signs from the trash.

The officers were extremely patient and professional, and he acted like a total a**hole. I’m surprised he didn’t get arrested.

Why are they always teachers???

Here’s the retired professor’s confrontation with officers captured by police body cam. (WATCH)

It’s an unhealthy disdain for freedom of speech mixed with self-righteousness.

Commenters have doubts that the man’s wife is the one who yanked the signs and trashed them.

So ridiculous.

One poster asks why taking the political signs amounts to theft.

In Georgia, campaign signs are considered the property of a candidate. Taking them without permission is considered theft, which is a misdemeanor.

Commenters say the signs were stolen because Democrat thieves can’t win a political debate.

Because they lecture the country on “democracy” and then throw the other guy’s signs in the trash.

Retired professor. Reverend’s house. AirTag leads police straight to the stolen property. Cops stay professional. He acts like they interrupted a sermon.

If your politics require theft, you don’t have an argument. You have a garbage can.

Sadly, Democrats always getting away with politically-motivated crimes only emboldens them to commit more. But if Acorn did press charges, the media would paint the thieves as the victims. He’d be a mean Republican targeting an elderly former teacher and his pastor wife.
