As our own Just Mindy reported on Friday, the judge in the Lindsay Clancy murder trial declared a mistrial after one lone male juror refused to budge and say Clancy should be found not guilty by reason of insanity in the killing of her three children. Defense Attorney Kevin Reddington blasted the juror who refused to let Clancy off the hook. "They know they were robbed by one man, for whatever his agenda was, who stole seven weeks of the life of these other jurors that were so attentive, so beautiful, so wonderful," said Reddington. "You could see how defeated they were sitting there. I got a funny feeling they would have gone on for another week if they had to. So I hope that guy can sleep well at night."
🔥 LMAO! Lindsay Clancy's attorney is MELTING DOWN over the LONE MALE JUROR who REFUSED to let Lindsay off

THANK YOU, LEGENDARY MAN!
He knows this was his best shot. The prosecution is going to do a better job next time of weeding out the fans of infanticide. They got blindsided because no one saw chicks being fans of child murder coming.

Now they/we know. https://t.co/XOQ8400bo6
Reddington’s attack on the holdout juror in front of the courthouse was, in my view, an outrageous and reckless moment. It would warrant a response from the judge about stoking the rage against this one juror.

I'm sorry but, attorneys attacking jurors is the beginning of the end of our judicial system.

This guy must get sanctioned and harshly https://t.co/W2G36URzew
Fox News' Bill Melugin reports that Reddington was "so proud" of the jury foreperson for identifying the lone holdout and calling it out in a note to the court.
Lindsey Clancy defense attorney Kevin Reddington says he’s “so proud” of the jury foreperson, who he says was a female, for identifying the lone juror who was holding out and calling it out in a note to the court.

I would like that forewoman to be forced to place three children she loves in the care of Lindsay Clancy for three hours a week for the next month. Of course it may be there are no children she loves....because that would track.

This lawyer just set the reputation of the jury system back 100 years. I'm not a lawyer but this stinks of jury tampering which in an honest world would have the defense attorney disbarred and possibly prosecuted along with the jury foreperson.
— kbdabear (@kbdabear) September 5, 2026
The lawyer is proud of the foreperson for snitching on the one juror who wouldn’t acquit a child killer.

Then he hopes that man can’t sleep at night.
Brother, three kids are dead. Worry about that.
This is insane

I thought a juror is allowed to make their own decision without getting named and shamed
This sounds like future jury intimidation, in the case of a retrial

I have never heard of an attorney speak of jurors in a criminal trial in this way. Ever. It’s one thing to vigorously advocate in the courtroom, but public statements like this are beyond the pale.
— Foxfur1776 (@foxfur1776) September 4, 2026
Is it typical for a defense attorney to know and share identifying information, ie gender, of the lone juror, knowing there are only 3 males on the jury, and that making this public could place the lone juror, or possibly all 3 males, at risk of harm? Was this an intended threat?
— Gracie (@Graceisforall) September 4, 2026
I think the prosecution had a real challenge because of the standard of proof and the nature of state-of-mind evidence, but this jury intimidation stuff is unnecessary and should result in him getting disbarred.

That is straight up jury tampering and could easily be defined as intimidation, damn it.
— E.C. Ratliff (@E68Montain) September 5, 2026
God, these stupid motherfuckers are literally going to throw away civilization itself for one dead eyed psychotic child murderer.
At least if the holdout is named publicly, we'll have his likeness from which to make the statue.
