DA Couldn't Believe a Reporter Asked Him This Question About the Prosecution of Lindsay Clancy

As you know, earlier today the judge declared a mistrial after the jury failed to reach a unanimous decision in the Lindsay Clancy trial. There were three men and 11 women on the jury, and reportedly one of the men was the lone holdout, with all the rest of the jurors wanting to find Clancy not guilty by reason of insanity.

A reporter's description of how some of the jurors reacted as the judge declared a mistrial provides a clue as to what the one holdout might have endured in the deliberation room for several days.

Meanwhile, the defense can count on some in the media to help them with public relations by trying to help portray Clancy as the victim instead of the three kids she killed.

The media spin got so bad that one reporter actually asked the district attorney this question after a mistrial was declared:

Seriously?

And yet "journalists" wonder why public trust in their profession has gone completely down the drain.

Unfortunately there are a lot of people who have lost touch with morality and reality are thinking the same thing as that reporter.

It's come to this, unfortunately.
