Smith says he has no problem getting Republicans to talk with him. But many Democrat stars want nothing to do with his show. He says there’s a reason for it.

When you cannot support your view, describe it well to others and have it make sense, and can’t defend it against criticism it isn’t a strong view at all.

Kamala Harris didn’t go on Joe Rogan’s podcast during the 2024 presidential election. President Donald Trump saw the opportunity to reach millions through Rogan’s show and took it.
Smith is facing pushback from other black media personalities. They see him debating with fellow blacks as a form of race betrayal.

Rye is not the first prominent black to insist that truth and ethics must take a backseat to racial favoritism. If what she’s advocating sounds a lot like racism, that’s because it is.
