Julie Kelly Puts a Mushroom Cloud Over Kristen Welker's Sudden Concern About an 'Independent' DOJ

It's not really very difficult to spot the distinct lack of objectivity in the media these days because usually the "journalists" do all the work.

One such example took place on Sunday when Meet the Press moderator Kristen Welker asked Attorney General Todd Blanche if he planned to make the Justice Department a fourth branch of the federal government completely independent from the White House. Blanche didn't take the bait.

Welker's predecessor Chuck Todd called that an "amazing confession" from Blanche, when in fact it only serves as more proof that self-described "journalists" are just propagandists for the Democrats.

Julie Kelly has much more that didn't trouble "journalists" in the past:

Here's the full post from @julie_kelly2:

Three years ago this month, Joe Biden’s handpicked AG’s handpicked special counsel brought a THIRD federal criminal indictment against President Trump. (Then asked for gag orders on him a year before the election.)

That came on top of thousands of federal criminals charges against his supporters. And wide ranging investigations into Trump associates including his own attorneys.

Joe Biden’s DOJ hauled dozens of individuals including VP Mike Pence before DC grand juries in search of crimes.

We now know 200+ MAGA-tied organizations and donors and influencers were also under DOJ investigation.

And Jack Smith—working under the authority of Merrick Garland—found a back door way to obtain text messages of 40+ Republican members of Congress.

Not a single member of the media ever confronted Merrick Garland about doing the bidding of Joe Biden. To the contrary, the media lamented that Garland then Jack Smith weren’t working fast enough to put Trump in prison before the 2024 election.

No questions about the DOJ’s “independence” from the White House—despite evidence disclosed in the documents case in 2024 that prosecutors were in communication with Biden’s top White House attorneys—including at least two visits to the Biden White House prior to the indictments.

If "journalists" like Welker and Todd want to know why trust in their profession has gone completely down the drain they only need to go look in a mirror.

Eric Holder called himself Obama's "wingman" and very few if any of these "journalists" even batted an eye.
