When it comes to reminders of massive Democrat lockdown hypocrisy during the pandemic, Gavin Newsom and Gretchen Whitmer are both at the top of the list with many other names.
The two governors recently got together in Michigan partly to try to convince each other that the lunacy they pushed on citizens of their respective states in 2020 and 2021 wasn't as insane as we all know it was.

Whitmer of course didn't ask Newsom to give an update to how the train construction is coming along, but they did this, which should have gotten both of them laughed out of the restaurant.

If they genuinely thought that arresting paddle-boarders alone on the water, filling in skate parks with sand and banning the sale of garden seeds in grocery stores was "the right thing to do" they're genuine morons. But of course there was more to it than that.

The "science" at the time, so we were told, was that going to church or hosting a Thanksgiving dinner for your family were unsafe activities, but BLM riots and large public memorial services for George Floyd were deemed "safe." You can't despise these people too much.
