As our own Warren Squire recently reported, Geraldo Rivera is dismissing the most radical positions of the Democratic Socialists running for office by arguing, "Their statements as kids were ridiculous. But that's not what they really are as grownups."
Statements as kids? Hong was sworn in to the Wisconsin State Assembly in January 2021, and a month later tweeted, "Abolish the Senate." But that was five years ago, when she was just a kid. She's since told Fox News that she doesn't want to abolish the Senate "at this time."
Here's Hong saying that she learned while trying to become a sports journalist that sometimes you have hot takes on Twitter and sometimes you have bad takes.
