Jay Carney calls shutdown a 'manufactured crisis', conveniently ignores who manufactured it

If it’s not his favorite, it certainly ranks toward the top of his list.

Earlier today, the perpetually-whiny OFA dismissed the shutdown as a “manufactured crisis”:
