Reporter covering Gov. Ron DeSantis makes it clear that President Biden 'is not talking about any lockdowns'

Gov. Ron DeSantis has made it clear once again that he will not allow any lockdowns in Florida over COVID-19, this time over the Omicron variant. Christie Zitzo reports for clickorlando.com that, to be clear, neither President Joe Biden nor Dr. Anthony Fauci is talking about any lockdowns.

While it’s true that Biden is urging vaccinations — and wearing a mask when you’re indoors — he did tell reporters on Monday during his presser about the new variant that lockdowns are off the table … “for now.” “If people are vaccinated and wear their masks, there’s no need for the lockdown,” he added.

This sounds familiar.

We’ve gone from “no vaccine mandates” to “you’re not considered fully vaccinated if you haven’t had the booster.”

Any president who’d make Americans choose between vaccination and employment is certainly leaving himself wiggle room for future lockdowns.
