Sen. Tom Coburn: Waivers make immigration bill 'rule of rulers,' not of law

While Sen. Tom Corburn (R-Okla.) can empathize with the plight of the poor seeking a better life in America, he fortunately voted today not as a hypothetical illegal immigrant but as a senator sworn to uphold the Constitution of the United States. Coburn was among those voting not to move forward with the Corker-Hoeven amendment to the immigration bill.
