Banned cyclist Lance Armstrong, who has made doping confessions of questionable veracity, weighed in during a Twitter Q & A with Brian Cookson, the man who is running for election as President of the Union Cycliste Internationale, or “UCI.”

Armstrong supports a Truth and Reconciliation Commission to investigate “multiple generations” of doping instead of just single riders or teams.
