Report: Suicide bombing rocks Red Cross facility in Afghanistan [photos]; Update: Attack reportedly over

An International Committee of the Red Cross office in Jalalabad, Afghanistan, is reportedly under attack. Reports are coming in of a large explosion and gunfire at the scene.
