Like President Obama and Eric Holder, acting IRS commissioner Steven Miller doesn’t know nuthin’ … except that the word “targeting” is beyond the pale when used to describe the agency’s targeting of conservative groups. In testimony before the House Ways and Means Committee on Friday, he called it a “loaded term” and a “pejorative.”
