They also are making it very clear when the retake the House, they'll end the investigation into Omar. There is no surprise there. Democrats love to cover for criminals and illegal aliens.

I see all kinds of people all over the country stating they are voting for Democrats to punish Republicans for not accomplishing their pet project. Giving Democrats control of the House will do nothing but let Ilhan Omar walk away consequence-free. How is this teaching the GOP a lesson?

Being on Twitter right now is maddening. Too many conservatives are threatening to vote for Democrats or sit out the election because they don’t like the Republican who won their statewide primary.
I keep hearing complaints like “Byron Donalds wouldn’t debate his primary opponents” or “Ken Paxton had an affair.” Those may be fair criticisms. But the Democratic alternatives in these races support allowing minors to undergo irreversible medical transitions, expanding government control over healthcare (apparently some people have already forgotten how it felt when the government demanded you take a vaccine), handing more power to teachers’ unions over what kids are taught in school, and policies that prioritize identity politics and open borders.
Personal scandals and primary process complaints are real. Electing people who want to medicalize children, grow the administrative state, and further entrench progressive control of education is worse.

Sorry, there was some confusion. Many Democrats act as if the rules only apply to Republicans. Under Joe Biden, the Justice Department aggressively prosecuted pro-life activists for peaceful protests and sit-ins outside abortion clinics — using the FACE Act to charge people (including elderly participants) with blocking access, sometimes pairing it with conspiracy charges that carried years in prison. Meanwhile, attacks on pregnancy centers were largely ignored. That’s the same political machine some angry conservatives are now willing to put back in power because a Republican nominee had an affair or skipped a primary debate. It makes no sense.
The choice in these races isn’t between a perfect conservative and a slightly imperfect one. It’s between Republicans with real personal or tactical flaws and Democrats who support medical transitions for minors, greater government control of healthcare, and expanded power for teachers’ unions over parents. Personal scandals and primary-process complaints matter, but they don’t outweigh the policy differences on the table.
Handing power back to the side that treated pro-life protesters far more harshly than clinic attackers, while advancing an agenda most conservatives reject, isn’t principle — it’s self-defeat. Vote for the better option, or stay home and accept the worse one.
