During a hearing today, Congressman Brandon Gill engaged in a powerful and really unforgettable exchange with an abortion advocate. It's a must listen. It's hard to hear, but we are a country that allows it, so our citizens need to know what they endorse.
Today I asked an abortion advocate what her favorite method of abortion is. pic.twitter.com/4Wvx4vo3i3

Truly horrific.
Brilliantly done https://t.co/ATwcyT8LYU

Congress needs 535 Brandon Gills. https://t.co/acQ9SEWuPp

Our country would be in a much better place if that was the case. Heck, if we just had enough Brandon Gill's in the majority. We have Republicans who won't do the right thing. Heck, look at all the Republicans who voted against ending TPS for 'temporary' immigrants.

We REAL Americans Voted To End All TPS & Mass Deportations !!!

Just a quick reminder of who turned their backs on what Republicans voters wanted ... deportations.
This is the greatest single question I’ve ever seen asked in Congress. https://t.co/7wsC9vFLxX

it absolutely was quite illuminating. It made the abortion advocate sit and squirm whilst listening to exactly what she advocates. People don't like to watch live lobsters being boiled. Imagine listening to what happens to baby humans.
Master class in questioning a witness. This is extremely grotesque and disturbing, but this is abortion. Thank you @RepBrandonGill for asking the tough questions. https://t.co/wKwXMTI6Do

Make them hear. Well done, @realBrandonGill. https://t.co/KVPiu0RHuQ
It most certainly put it all out there.
She was smiling and thought it was cute... until he continued. And then she felt shame.

Why do we let murderers walk free?
Do they really think that justice will never find them?
If not in this life, the next. https://t.co/73tDNAAhgP
It wasn't such a hoot when she had to face the reality of what she fights for.
Couple things:

A very powerful tool is at work here, one that @MrJPisGreat and I have discussed at length:
The importance of SHAME.
It's the same one employed by @REVWUTRUTH when he goes to school board meetings and reads off excerpts of the porn they allow children to access… https://t.co/3gKSPErqeb
Shame has been one of humanity’s most powerful, if underappreciated, tools for social cohesion for thousands of years. It’s the internal alarm bell that tells us when we’ve crossed a line—when our behavior is selfish, dishonest, cruel, lazy, or destructive to the common good. For most of recorded history, shame wasn’t considered oppressive; it was the invisible glue holding communities together. It cost nothing, required no police or lawsuits, and worked because humans are wired to care what others think of them.
Then something shifted. Starting in the late 20th century and accelerating into the social media age, we decided shame was inherently bad. We need to reverse that. Gill gave a master class in that today.
