To begin with, Leftists always want to claim 'rhetoric against immigrants' puts targets on their backs. What they can't do is show evidence of these hate crimes. There are a huge amount of examples of criminal activity committed by illegals, though. Funny how that works. It seems open borders is actually putting targets on the backs of Americans.
She then goes on to deride the council for not calling out community members who have gripes with Indian immigrants. Well, dear, there is a thing called free speech in America. If you don't like that, there are plenty of countries where it isn't allowed.
She admits the 'racist' remarks don't physically harm people, but they make her mad.
Next, she says people come here for better lives but our government oppresses them, takes advantage of their labor, and generally 'doesn't have their backs'. Here's a suggestion: those people can find a better life in other countries.
Her next gripe is the federal government is spending too much money on war and immigration enforcement and not enough on welfare programs (basically). Maybe she misunderstands, but the main role of American federal government is protecting borders and defending our national security.
The last part was the most galling. She says Americans are all living on stolen land taken from indigenous people (actually conquered or purchased are the accurate terms), so Americans should just shut up basically. No, thanks.
