Jessica Riedl is a man pretending to be a woman, but in his past life, worked for conservative think tanks dissecting the economy and financial markets. He's really concerned about how the new voting laws will effect women. He also makes it clear he is not really a woman when he tries to explain what women have to do to their birth certificates once they marry. Hint: Nothing. Birth Certificates don't change. An actual woman would know that, but since Riedl isn't actually a woman, he's very confused.

Also, the requirement is to have two forms of government identification (Passport, Driver's License or birth certificate) when you register to vote. Not every time you vote. Riedl is lying about that, too.
