Another day, another Leftist rogue judge in America trying to keep the Trump Administration from enforcing the duly written laws of the United States.
A federal judge ruled Diana Galeano’s ICE arrest was unlawful — after agents violently dragged her from a Chicago daycare in front of children. She was released from an ICE detention center in Clay county, Indiana, yesterday. We must demand dignity and due process for everyone. pic.twitter.com/Z5poGJYfPr

Was Diana in the country illegally? Yes. Did she flee from police when they asked her questions? Yes. Did she barricade herself inside of a daycare? Also, yes. What exactly was unlawful about her arrest, other than charlatan Ben Crump didn't like it. Anywhere, there are shenanigans and manipulation of the American justice system, Crump won't be far behind. Crump came on the scene stirring emotions during the Trayvon Martin trial and it has become his brand. Now, he is apparently defending illegals. It's not the least bit surprising.
liar ... the judge did not rule the arrest itself was unlawful. He ruled only that her continued detention without a bond hearing violated due process and that 8 U.S.C. § 1225(b) no longer applied after two-plus years in the country. (See Judge Jeremy C. Daniel’s minute order,… pic.twitter.com/LIH0KiAW7D

Are Crump's lips moving? He's probably lying.

It’s illegal to arrest illegal immigrants.

But please tell me more about the constitution and rule of law. https://t.co/kxX8dLQ9CN
Not so fast….. https://t.co/OVFNUqbImy

Also, this is the actual facts of the case, no matter what folks like Crump want people to believe.
Race hustling liars gonna lie.

How about we demand that corrupt buffoons like you stop lying!! 🤥
— Thomas James (@superbtj) November 14, 2025
That sounds like a better idea.
arresting illegal immigrants is under no circumstances unlawful, these judges have gone insane.

If you’re an illegal and you run from law enforcement and use children as human shields the left will make sure to secure your release and venerate you https://t.co/rNaXGTLumf

It's what they do.
A corrupt activist phony judge released a known criminal who lead federal agents on a high speed car chase and tried to use children as a human shield. Then you lie about her arrest because she was never in front of children since she never got past the locked vestibule. https://t.co/lisRYNEum0

Crump must smell a monetary settlement. That's the only time he comes around.
People are afforded due process by coming thru the border at a designated crossing by declaring their intent to stay in the U.S.. Now, the people who avoided due process when they crossed the border illegally, want due process to benefit them? That is backwards logic. https://t.co/LZZzLYFQoI

That is Crump's favorite type of logic.
