Is President Obama still trying to avoid Louisiana Gov. Bobby Jindal? Evidently he’s aware there was a devastating hurricane this week, but visiting the storm-torn areas doesn’t seem to be on his list of priorities.

Actually, it’s not an official campaign trip. He’s visiting Fort Bliss to mark the two-year anniversary of the end of American combat operations in Iraq.
