Obamacare – noun – A massive government takeover passed by the Obama administration under the guise of healthcare intended to save everyone that actually ended up being terrible and from which 2020 Democrats are distancing themselves as fast as they can.
That apparently includes Obama’s former vice president, Joe Biden.

In South Carolina, Biden spoke again about a Medicare buy-in program, but declined to point to a specific bill. He said in Iowa City last week: “I don’t have time; I don’t want to keep you standing any longer.”
