'A dangerous farce': Bill de Blasio just undermined the science behind NYC's vaccine passport

Mayor Bill de Blasio just announced that you can now dine indoors in New York City after receiving only one vaccination shot:

In other words, since a vaccinated person immediately after one dose poses the same risk as an unvaccinated person, WTF is the science behind a passport anyway?

Nate Silver says this, “kind of defeat the purpose of a vaccine pass.” You think?
