According to pollster Scott Rasmussen, Never Trumpers are the “key” to Joe Biden’s lead:

Of note, Steele is playing semantic games to get around MSNBC’s ban on contributors endorsing candidates:

This morning, the Lincoln Project announced that Michael Steele has endorsed Joe Biden.

That would normally be a violation of MSNBC's rule against contributors endorsing candidates, but I was told today that he is no longer a contributor.

Although Michael Steele still lists himself as a "Political Analyst for MSNBC" in his Twitter bio, I learned that his contributorship was actually paused back in August.
