The ACLU just issued a travel advisory “urging immigrants and people of color use extreme caution when traveling to Florida”:

They’re pissed at bills making their way through the Florida legislature that would –gasp– insist that “local authorities cooperate with federal authorities”:

Notice how the ACLU just groups all immigrants and people of color in one big group:
These bills will have almost no impact on legal immigrants or other Americans. The intentional attempts to conflate all "immigrants and people of color" with illegal aliens is incredibly offensive to those communities.

Be honest, at the very least:
Feel free to support less enforcement and amnesty policies, but don't lie and insult people by suggesting that simple advocacy for cities to enforce laws against illegal immigration is an attack on minorities or legal immigrants.
