Steve Stephens was spotted this morning by PSP members in Erie County. After a brief pursuit, Stephens shot and killed himself.

Update. Police got a tip from a citizen which led to the brief chase:
PA State Police found Stephens parked at a McDonalds near Erie thanks to a citizen tip. After 2-mile pursuit, he shot and killed himself.

Police are still investigating where Stephens traveled between Saturday and today and if he had help:
