'Pro-cop' is the new litmus test? Shaun King doesn't like Merrick Garland for SCOTUS

As we mentioned earlier, President Obama has chosen Judge Merrick Garland as his pick to replace Justice Antonin Scalia on the Supreme Court.

Judge Garland is considered to be “pro-cop” by some, which evidently is some sort of new litmus test for Black Lives Matter protesters. Here’s NY Daily News justice writer and Twitchy regular Shaun King:
