Well this is interesting. Remember the story we reported earlier this week about Ben Fields, the school resource officer at Spring Valley H.S. in Columbia, S.C. who was fired after his arrest of a student went viral?
It turns out that the former deputy has lots of supporters at the school, including hundreds of students who walked out of class today to #BringBackFields:

Videos of the support rally were posted online with one of principal Jeff Temoney telling the students supporting Fields that they won’t be suspended if they returned to class:
