Breaking news from Roseburg, Ore. where we’re seeing (unconfirmed and preliminary) reports of up to 15 7-10 13 (see updates below) dead in a mass shooting at Umpqua Community College. According to CNN, the shooter is in custody and it is “no longer and active shooter situation”:
