Did Jake Tapper just draw Ted Kennedy as Bluto Blutarsky from 'Animal House'?

CNN’s Jake Tapper, who started off his journalism career as a political cartoonist, was asked to do the cover for Roll Call’s 60th anniversary issue.

Here’s the result:

Looks familiar, right?

We couldn’t help but notice that Tapper’s cartoon looks to be an homage to the movie poster from the hit film Animal House, complete with Ted Kennedy drawn to look like Bluto Blutarsky, John Belushi’s hard-drinking character from the movie.
