'If you like your vet...' Chuck Schumer uses #NationalPuppyDay to push legislation to lower medical bills for pets

Remember this story from last year where Sen. Chuck Schumer was pushing legislation to help cut the cost of prescription meds for pets? Well, it looks like he’s still at it:
