The Telegraph has new details on the beheading of 82-year-old Palmira Silva. Suspect Nicholas “Fat Nick” Salvadore is unemployed, a wannabe cage fighter and he did indeed kill two cats (accusing one of the cats of stealing his lighter) before killing Mrs. Silva.

Scotland Yard continues to say the attack was not related to terrorism, but it seems the beheading of women is becoming a thing in London:
