Welp!
The Biden administration is pushing back its vaccine mandates for “millions of private employers, certain health care workers and federal contractors will not be enforced until after the holiday season”:
BREAKING: The Biden administration’s forthcoming vaccine mandates for millions of private employers, certain health care workers and federal contractors will not be enforced until after the holiday season

Great timing, right?
Mandate was announced abruptly when Biden needed to shift convo from Afghanistan disaster, now they release mandate specifics not even 48 hours after Democrats get shellacked in Virginia and elsewhere. Coincidence? https://t.co/AX39hEHKDN

What a clown show. Case counts and all the other metrics have gotten better all on their own since he announced all of this and further divided the country:
Officials also said the administration is pushing back the Dec. 8 deadline for federal contractors to ensure their workers are fully vaccinated, so that all three mandates will go into effect on Jan. 4.

Now, we wait to see if these ever go into effect, too:
The admin released 2 new rules today that will be enforced starting Jan. 4 – one setting up new vaccination-or-test requirements for businesses with more than 100 workers and another implementing a vaccine mandate for health care workers at facilities participating in Medicare

Up next? Lawsuits:
The Biden administration's Covid-19 shot-or-test mandate for U.S. businesses with 100 or more workers, is out. So too soon will be the first rush of lawsuits seeking to block it.https://t.co/O5xXkQv8cl, @OSHAReporter, @BLaw

It’s an emergency, just not an emergency-emergency, maybe?
Gonna be interesting to defend in court the use of emergency authorization – circumventing the customary notice & comment procedures – for something that was announced in September but not enforced until January. https://t.co/FdhFYykkZS
