Two of the latest stories coming out of Minnesota are both disturbing and evidence of years and years of a collection of insane policies which allowed things to get to this point.
I'll start here.

Gang shootings in Somali areas of Minnesota are because of American culture? Well, if the "culture" is so bad they could always leave.
The second story is that the FBI has arrested a man of Somali descent who was planning an ISIS-inspired attack at the Mall of America where he hoped to kill as many people as possible later this month.

Yes indeed, it's always special when the chief law enforcement officer of an entire state is working hard to prevent laws from being enforced.
The streets of Minnesota are overrun by Somali gangs shooting up churches and schools. Meanwhile, Keith Ellison is deflecting responsibility.
