I'm starting to think the Governor Newsom Press Office account is secretly run by an undercover Republican operative.
Yesterday the account posted this in an attempt to project the previous president's, um... issues... onto Donald Trump:

Gee, why didn't they use Biden's picture for that one? It's almost like they know.
So, GNPO seemingly attempted to make up for the mockery they endured for the above post by making it up to Joe this way:
