Now that VP Kamala Harris is going to be the Democrat nominee for president, the media has clearly been tasked with re-writing history.
GovTrack has already tried to erase Harris' history as "the most Left-leaning U.S. senator," and Axios has even amended three-year-old reporting:

Even the so-called "fact-checkers" are getting in on the "erased from existence" game.

Politifact is "mostly lying" in that fact check that sounds like Karine Jean-Pierre wrote it.

Predictably Politifact uses the term "border czar" instead of something like "Biden put Harris in charge of border solutions" because with the former they can just say "there's no such position" when we all know it's just a colloquial term.
