In breaking news, the Washington Post fact-checker did a fact-check on something President Biden said!
It’s hilarious the Glenn finally decided to fact check Biden and this is what he chose 😂

However, the Post's "fact-checker" Glenn Kessler chose the one thing Biden has been right about to be the topic to claim that he's wrong. It's just perfect. First, here's what Biden said:
Joe Biden has sparked fury after he expressed "no confidence" in the reported Palestinian death count in Gaza. pic.twitter.com/nZEW4n57gg
— Newsweek (@Newsweek) October 26, 2023
I'm never one to defend Biden but that's one thing he's not wrong about.
Which brings me to the WaPo fact-check that sounds like it was guest-edited by Hamas:
Fact Checker: The president said he had “no confidence” in the figures issued by the Hamas-run health ministry, but it has a good track record on reporting death tolls. https://t.co/5xh4k2zq5d

The same entity in Gaza that told the world Israel struck a hospital there and killed 500 civilians (a claim much of the media immediately ran with) is actually pretty trustworthy with the information they provide? Sorry, not buying that.

What in the actual f*ck did Kessler just write? My opinion of him was already low, but holy crap. https://t.co/4fVdx9LfPa
This could be Glenn Kessler's worst post, and that's saying something. https://t.co/7da0Anmjsx

Better yet, the "fact-checker" also implicitly trusts the United Nations in Gaza.
This piece on the accuracy of Hamas Health Ministry's casualty figures, which produced 27 seconds after Israeli strikes, is predicated on the idea that the UN, which operates in Gaza only with the understanding that Hamas exerts editorial control over it, is a reliable narrator. https://t.co/IZ6FBSQHsn

If the United Nations is involved that makes it even more untrustworthy.

Just think about what just happened:
Kessler ran a fact check about Biden's word vs Hamas and claims Hamas to be the more credible side. Wild stuff. https://t.co/vAF3cETQhF

Like I always say, you can't make this stuff up, and unfortunately, that's because you don't have to.
