Many on the Left are attempting to defend John Fetterman from “ableist bullies” on the Right who are simply pointing out how the Pennsylvania Democrat performed at last night’s debate, but they’re obviously having trouble convincing voters that what they witnessed isn’t a big issue:

However, the Fetterman campaign can count on a sizable chunk of the national media to help out as much as possible. CBS Mornings was spotted doing exactly that:

The editing on this by CBS is something to beholdhttps://t.co/T0paBevae8

Have you ever seen a more deceptive recap of a debate in your life? Wow @CBSMornings… https://t.co/NNaMmgIfNT

But even CBS couldn’t totally ignore Fetterman’s answer about fracking, but it was glossed over nicely:

Now imagine CBS Mornings’ coverage if a Republican had a debate performance like Fetterman.
Even reliable Democrat D.C. political reporters are saying "Fetterman failed to meet even the low expectations his own campaign set for him Monday," but here's CBS pretending everything is fine. https://t.co/t7OBrKJxx1

Just more “journalists” doing their jobs as they see them.
Watch the full question, and then watch the full answer.
It feels politically and medically unethical to have Fetterman run for office right now. If the media can't cover this very serious issue after the debate, they are truly hopeless. pic.twitter.com/9ByAZiipA7

Don’t pull any muscles, MSM!
In case you didn’t know Media bias is a real thing.

The debate was “fiery” according to CBS News. Where have we heard that before?
Really 🤡s? Fiery?
