Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez is not at all happy that Dem Sen. Joe Manchin of West Virginia is a “no” on the “Build Back Better” bill. During AOC’s interview on MSNBC’s “Morning Joe,” her rant about Sen. Manchin contained this claim:
