By now you’re well aware President Trump has floated the idea of the United States buying Greenland. On Monday, Trump shared a hilarious photoshop from Ricochet’s Jon Gabriel speculating what might be in store for Greenland:
I promise not to do this to Greenland! pic.twitter.com/03DdyVU6HA

And with that, the media firefighters were on the job, starting with the Associated Press:
The Associated Press refers to this @exjon meme that Trump jokingly tweeted as a "doctored photo:"https://t.co/58A1md02jz pic.twitter.com/tWv7FN7yTQ

Maybe this would have been a better way for the AP to put it:
HEAVILY EDITED

LOL.
How dare you give out #FakeNews !!
Where’s Snopes on this?
Can’t they take a break from stalking the Babylon Bee to clear this up?

I thought CNN would be the first to call it a fake picture but it's the AP, lame stream media outdoing each other again.

The funny Greenland thing yesterday is the Associated Press calling his Trump Tower in Greenland pic a "doctored photo". A hilarious "Snopes fact checking satire" move. The comedy is just off the charts.

Snopes is busy fact-checking the Babylon Bee, but when they’re finished maybe they can get on this one.
