Soledad O'Brien channels Hillary to explain what Dem candidates would have to 'offer voters who backed Trump in 2016'

With the 2020 presidential election just a year and a half away, some are wondering if Democrats will be able to reel in some people who voted for Trump in 2016:

Soledad O’Brien’s description of what the Dems would have to do to entice some people who supported Trump in the previous election sounds like a familiar take:

If the Democrat candidates take that approach as well then they definitely learned nothing from 2016.
