Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein said there’s nothing in the indictments that say the hackings directly affected the election:
ROSENSTEIN CLARIFIES that the goal of the conspirators WAS to have an impact on the election.
But there's nothing in the indictment on how their hacking affected the election.

Meanwhile, President Trump said he’ll bring up the matter when he meets with Vladimir Putin:
Rosenstein briefed POTUS earlier this week on today’s indictments of Russian agents. Trump said today he would be asking Putin about it during their meeting Monday.
