The Obama administration’s plan to train and equip several thousand rebels per year to fight ISIS in Syria has collapsed. After about $200 million has been spent, only about “four or five” US-backed rebels are fighting ISIS in Syria.
Despite news that only 4-5 Syrian rebels trained to fight ISIS, President Obama still has confidence in General Austin, Earnest said.
