Why didn't Bill join Hillary on the 'week one' campaign trail? Drudge has a theory

Hillary Clinton spent the first few days of her official campaign on a Mystery Machine road trip campaigning in tightly controlled Iowa environments, but Bill Clinton was nowhere to be seen.
