We’ve all seen our share of cringe posts on X, but one posted by the State of New York’s official account is hands down (or is that feet down) one of the worst we've ever seen. On Wednesday, the state government account posted a blurb about its Energy Affordability Program. But staring back at readers (yes, this thing had eyes) was the sole of a foot sticking out its tongue. See, tennis shoes aren’t the only thing associated with feet that has a tongue. We’re not sure what the nightmarish image has to do with energy. Or why it has a mustache.
