CNN's Chris Cillizza knows who might be to blame if the Republicans don't get Senate control

It’s very likely that the Republicans will gain control of the House as soon as snail-paced counts in some areas around the country are concluded. Control of the Senate could depend on the runoff election in Georgia between Herschel Walker and Raphael Warnock next month (pending the outcomes of the Arizona and Nevada Senate races).

If the Republicans end up not controlling the Senate, CNN’s Chris Cillizza points to who some people might blame:
