After CNN management showed Brian Stelter and John Harwood the door, frequent ironic guest on the now-canceled “Reliable Sources” program, Dan Rather, asked what’s going on at the cable net and what their audience thinks about it:

What is going on at CNN? It’s a serious question. There is a lot of speculation on directives and motives. What’s really going on? And is it being noticed by the audience?
