When Tim Tebow was selected in the first round of the 2010 NFL draft by the Denver Broncos, he thought it would be a wonderful idea to get a dog and name it, “Bronco.” It’s safe to assume that at the time he probably never thought he would be traded to the New York Jets less than two years later.
Instead of just ignoring the issue and allowing the dog to live without a name complex, Tebow took advantage of the PR opportunity and changed his dog’s name to “Bronx.”
We’re sure Tebow must’ve had a hard time trying to come up with a new clever name for his pooch and there were probably a ton of names that he rejected as possibilities. Thus the birth of the hashtag, #RejectedTebowDogNames.
