Back in early February, we reported that federal Judge Ana Reyes blocked the Trump administration from ending the Temporary Protected Status (TPS) of more than 350,000 Haitian immigrants — status that's been "temporary" for the past 16 years. She wrote a scathing opinion targeting then DHS Secretary Kristi Noem:
Kristi Noem has a First Amendment right to call immigrants killers, leeches, entitlement junkies, and any other inapt name she wants. Secretary Noem, however, is constrained by both our Constitution and the APA to apply faithfully the facts to the law in implementing the TPS program. The record to-date shows she has yet to do that.
President Donald Trump said, screw it, we're taking this to the Supreme Court. Now, Reyes has given the green light to deportations.

She blocked Trump from ending TPS a few months ago but was overruled by the Supreme Court.

Why is she a sitting judge anyway. Not because she was reversed, but reversed by the Supreme Court after ALL Democrat appellate judges pretended they could not understand the word "Temporary" in TPS. Everyone in that chain of "decision-making" must be removed.
