Hillary Clinton, who’s still bitter that you can have an election stolen from you, sat down with the Financial Times this week for an interview and gave some of her insight into the issues of the day. She also looked ahead to 2024 (she says she’s not running) and gave readers a preview of Republicans’ strategy to win back the presidency — they’re going to focus on winning the Electoral College, she says.
In terms of Republicans' strategy for 2024, she believes they will focus on winning the electoral college, given the size of the Democrats’ victory in the popular vote in the past two elections https://t.co/Ay2wKUlCMS pic.twitter.com/fmrCm72O9j

It’s a bold strategy, Cotton. Maybe Clinton should have thought about campaigning in Wisconsin for its electoral votes.

So, their strategy is to… win the election pic.twitter.com/wpNenEDVSG

In terms of strategy for the Stanley Cup Final, we believe the Colorado Avalanche will focus on wining the 7-game series and not the aggregate goal total.

Financial Times:
The Yankees’ strategy for the World Series is to get more runs per game than the Mets. But why aren’t they focused on trying to run up their grand total across *all* games?

Isn’t that… generally how one wins an election in the US? Isn’t that literally what you’re supposed to do?

To be fair, she wouldn't know.

Perhaps you’re unfamiliar with the American system. Winning the Electoral College is literally the only thing that matters, so not focusing on it would be incredibly stupid, would it not?

That’s how it works, that’s how you win.
She apparently didn’t know that at the time the way she focused on running up the vote in places easily won like New Orleans and California all while ignoring Wisconsin to her peril.
But surely she knows by now that EC is how one wins.

Wow. Brilliant strategy.

They'll concentrate on the only thing that matters and not as much on the thing that doesn't matter at all?
Fascinating.

We can’t believe she’s just handing out advice like this to the Republicans.
