It looks like NewsBusters’ Nicholas Fondacaro took a bullet for all of us and watched “The View” Monday morning. Confirmation hearings for Judge Ketanji Brown Jackson wrapped up last week, but the ladies of “The View” are still fired up. They shockingly suggested that it was racism that was keeping Republican senators from confirming her. Whoopi Goldberg got the party started:
Angry Whoopi Goldbergs fumes at Republicans who will vote 'no' for Judge Jackson's nomination. Suggests it's all about racism. "Just say, 'I don't trust a black woman to do the job,'" she said. "We all know what it is. We know what it is. We recognize it. We're used to this…" pic.twitter.com/bDPhwIf8Vi

Maybe that trust was eroded a bit when Jackson was questioned about her lenient sentencing of child porn offenders, or when she couldn’t speak on the question of natural rights that are outlined in the founding documents.

Hey @WhoopiGoldberg is racism the reason that Biden twice opposed and filibustered the nomination of Janice Rogers Brown to the U.S. Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit in 2003 and 2005?

Democrats didn’t trust a black man to do the job, so you gonna speak on that, @WhoopiGoldberg ?

Thinking this way is so much easier. You do not need to analyze anything, nor to evaluate the facts before reaching a conclusion. Ready-made self-righteousness for the mentally idle.

Republicans’ favorite Supreme Court Justice is black, and Democrats attack him for being an “Uncle Tom.”
