Justice Page Middle School’s latest edition of the Rhino Report, a student-run newspaper, gives students advice on protesting the death of Amir Locke on February 2, noting that “many of us are — and have been — taking to the streets to protest this injustice.” They’re calling it the Protest Toolkit 101, with advice specifically for white protesters: “If they’re offering the megaphone for anyone to speak, it’s not for you.” Middle school students are also advised not to take pictures with identifying features, “especially if it’s someone doing art/graffiti.”
Also, cover yourself: “Wear long sleeves, mask, glasses [to] protect against COVID-19 and tear gas.”

Back when I was in middle school I was taught to protest. I went around with petitions and spoke at council meetings. What they are doing here is indoctrination and not at all what protesting is. What a cluster we are living in!🙄

Where does it say not to light fires, destroy property, and loot?
— Frank Drebin (@frank_drebin) February 23, 2022
Note that there is nothing on this graphic saying anything like “refrain from destroying property or allowing violence to breakout”. In fact, they say not to post recordings of law breaking activities.

All that not recording peoples faces and wear nondescript is like an antifa handbook stuff.

This is action civics and it has to be rooted out & dismantled. Schools shouldn’t prompt children to attend potentially violent events & be adjacent to crimes & get themselves arrested. If parents want their kids doing this, they’ll pursue it themselves, independently.

Their aims may be off but nobody knows protesting better than left-wing activists. When it comes to tactics, there's a lot to learn from them.

Perhaps if we adapted similar tactics we might get some results.

This is exactly what schools aspire to be: SJW factories that crank out street activists.
Teachers, if you want me to stop calling you the dumbest people on Earth, you've got to call this out/report it/protest it. But until then…

It's not for you white people. Get it?

Meanwhile trucker protesters were trampled by horses, beaten by cops, had their financial accounts frozen, imprisoned and denied bail.
